Next-Gen Pastor

Want to join a team of staff committed to championing and nurturing the next generation? This leader of leaders will help steward a vision for family ministry working alongside the senior pastor to make disciples of Jesus Christ. Faith Community United Methodist Church (www.faithcommunityumc.org) is seeking a Next Generation Pastor to join the staff team. This person will coordinate, create, and lead staff and volunteer teams who deliver engaging ministry from infants through high school as well as families with children. 

Faith Community UMC is a traditional, generous, and outwardly-focused congregation located in the suburbs of Cincinnati, OH. The church prefers a candidate who has pastoral credentials or is willing to obtain credentials upon hire, who has experience in family ministry, who professes Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, is committed to personal spiritual growth, is passionate about growing family ministry, and adheres to the historic creeds of the Christian faith.
