Associate Pastor
New Hope Baptist Church seeks to develop passionate disciples of Jesus Christ who desire to know God and make Him known. We are looking to hire a full-time Associate Pastor to serve alongside the work God is doing in our faith community.
New Hope Baptist Church is located in the friendly small town of Gas City about 1/2 way between Indianapolis and Fort Wayne. Our multi-generational congregation of between 120-150 people seeks to reach out in practical ways to our growing small town community. Find out more about our church at: New Hope Baptist Church
Primary job responsibilities include: Connections: First Impressions- Involvement (10%), Ignite Youth Ministry- Currently, we have 5-10 regular teens attending with a volunteer and great parent involvement (65%), Preaching Duties/Other responsibilities (12%), Choice of ministry administration responsibilities based on giftings of candidate (10%), and oversight of VBS ministry (3%).
