Who you are:  A joy-filled, kid’s ministry leader who is passionate about creating transformational environments for kids to know, love, and follow Jesus. You’re energized by creating a culture where volunteers love to serve. You’re ready to grow roots in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, investing deeply in a church filled with young families. You are a growing, devoted follower of Jesus, have at minimum, a Bachelor’s degree and demonstrated success leading a healthy staff team. You enjoy living in a dynamic community surrounded by unmatched natural beauty and abundant recreational opportunities. Let’s just say it--you are a “10” kidmin leader! 

Who we are: A diverse, non-denominational, multi-generational community, deeply committed to living out the hope we find Jesus, sharing that hope with our friends, neighbors, and community. We recognize the priority of equipping parents as primary disciplers of their families and desire to build kids and youth ministry within that priority. We intentionally seek to address issues of injustice and reconciliation. We’re a hard-working, fun-loving staff team looking forward to discerning fresh ministry expressions in the post-Covid-19 era.
