Director of Student Ministry and Worship Leader

The Orchard Church in Loganville, GA, is seeking a full-time Director of Student Ministry and Worship Leader. This is a full-time position that provides leadership for Sunday morning and for Student Ministry/Worship. This person will help create meaningful worship experiences that enable people to connect with God and each other to make new and fully devoted followers of Jesus. In addition to leading worship, this person will recruit, train, schedule, and support volunteers engaged in the worship ministries for Sunday mornings and student worship at The Orchard. Experience leading student ministry and leading worship are required. Vocal and/or instrumental skills and experience are required.  This person will partner with parents to help nurture faith in Jesus Christ in our students (6th-12th grade). The Orchard Church is a contemporary-style United Methodist church that was founded in 2001. Pre-pandemic average Sunday attendance was approximately 180 adults and 25 students.
