The Shepherd’s Staff is honored to be working with The Ark in Salina, KS as they search for their next Student Ministry Pastor. The Ark is a young church plant that is growing rapidly. There is palpable excitement in the church, and it is exploding with young families. The heartbeat of The Ark is building a church for the saving, redeeming, and healing of households. Every week, lives are changed at The Ark Church.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Ark Church is looking to hire a Spirit-filled student ministry pastor to lead and oversee the next-gen ministry. This position will preach, lead, and create student ministry services and events. You will work alongside the lead team and be involved in planning and creating services, outreaches, and special events. The Senior Pastor will be your direct report, and will be accessible and available for support.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a young leader that is eager to grow in their ministry. The Senior pastor has more than 15 years of experience as a student pastor and knows what it takes to grow a thriving ministry. He is anxious to pour into someone to help them grow in their gifts and abilities.
