The Director of Youth Ministry is someone who is passionate about working with students from 6th – 12th grade both in our church and in our community and sharing the gospel in real and tangible ways. Qualifications:
Personal and vibrant faith in Jesus Christ
Commitment to Bible study, prayer, and a spiritual growth process
Call to ministry with high school and middle school youth
Bachelor’s degree or higher, ideally in the field of youth ministry, education, social work, Biblical studies, or psychology (or equivalent experience)
Ability to introduce and lead students into meaningful worship and discipleship experiences Proven experience leading teams Prior leadership position at a church or campus ministry is preferred
