Director of Youth and Mission Ministries

We are seeking a Director of Youth and Mission Ministries to develop, oversee and integrate our Youth Ministry program and an intergenerational Mission program centered on God’s inclusive welcome, following Jesus and joining the Holy Spirit in the pursuit of justice and equality.

Our ideal candidate, therefore, would embody a strong Christian faith that is welcoming and committed to God’s movement for justice and equality in, through and beyond the Church.  The candidate would be enthusiastic about connecting with youth and families, gathering people together, serving our wider community and implementing a focused vision.  Additionally, the candidate must have a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in youth ministry and/or youth community service programs.

This is a 30 hour / week position with benefits.  Compensation is commensurate with education and experience.
